About the role

This role has responsibility for the day to day activities of customer enquiries, quoting, order processing and support to external sales staff. This position requires a highly motivated and teams oriented individual.

• Answer phone calls/emails
• Process counter sales
• Follow internal sales plan
• Provide customer quotes
• Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries
• Issue daily delivery dockets
• Invoice orders and send electronically
• Support sales team with orders and inquiries
• Coordinate transport quotes
• Source materials for orders
• Collect customer feedback
• Report customer issues to sales manager
• Understand ISO9000 quality policy.
