About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on and engaging Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship store where every day is about delighting customers and supporting a passionate team. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, team leadership, and delivering an outstanding customer experience—all while helping them grow and evolve during an exciting phase.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable customer service
• Operate POS and manage inventory
• Prepare basic coffee’s, hot drinks and bake cookies (training provided)
• Drive sales and meet KPIs
• Lead, train and support a small team
• Maintain store presentation and organisation
• Report on store performance

The Successful Candidate

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Confident, personable and customer-focused
• Hands-on and organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with basic coffee equipment and ovens
• Skilled in POS and stock systems
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
• Creative flair and an eye for aesthetics
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)
