About Rory
Howdy, My name is Rory, and I am the branch Manager for the Impact HR Group headquarters.
I’ve been working within the recruitment industry for over 10 years and have experienced many of the different challenges that come with it!
The one thing that keeps me motivated and passionate about what I do is, is being given the opportunity to help make a positive change in people lives on a daily basis.
The other side of my position that I love is using my experience and knowledge to foster some great partnerships, whether that be with clients, my team, or the greater community. I love spending time finding out what motivates an individual and helping them get the tools they need to succeed.
When I’m not at work you’ll find me surfing, hiking, running, reading, or eating my bodyweight in pizza.
