Hi, my name is Michael Randell this is how Impact made an impact on my working life. I had been with another agency for years working at one site for a majority of those years. The site I was at let me go as I did not want to get vaccinated, 3 months of applying for jobs and the hopes of them looking at my resume and work ethics and not my medical status then I saw a job through Impact and they did exactly that, my medical status was not a problem for them. Within 2 days of applying I got a phone call from Impact from one the team, Emma was her name, a really nice lady. A week later she gave me a video interview and within 2 weeks of applying for this job, Impact had me working again. Not only did Emma treat me like person and not a number, I later found out the whole team at Impact were really professional and nice. I know those two words shouldn't be in the same sentence but Impact combine them really well, they call me me every now and again just to see how my day is or if need anything or have any problems. Impact has been IFC’s chosen recruitment provider for over 2 years. In this time, I have seen Letizia work hard to grow the company from a start up in January 2020 till where it is today. I am truly impressed & a lesson to us all what hard work & passion will achieve. The last two years have been extremely hard & especially on recruitment companies. Over that period Impact have always remained positive & were still able to source IFC reputable candidates even when the market was at its worst. Again, a lot of hard work behind the scenes.
