My passion lies with helping people, which is exactly what has led me to working with Impact. I love drawing on my 20+ years of experience leading teams, coordinating training, HR, compliance, business process analysis, extensive knowledge in the aviation industry and employment services sector and recruitment to help connect people and businesses, to form amazing working relationships.
I strive to ensure each and every recruitment has a successful outcome for all parties involved. I utilise the knowledge I’ve gained, along with my drive and commitment to ensure applicants are matched to suitable roles to best fit their capabilities.
I love to travel, explore new places, experience different cultures and try new foods, as well as having a good chat and a laugh and spending time with my 4-year-old boy.
