Hello! My name is Letizia, and I am proud to say that I am the CEO and Founder of Impact.
With over 20 years of experience working as a HR professional, building winning teams in the recruitment industry, I can definitely attest to the power of hard work and commitment being a massive factor in making a career out of the work you love.
I’ve managed my share of recruitment businesses in the past, but I always found that something was missing – I wanted to be able to make positive changes to the industry and leave a lasting legacy within the areas that matter most to me.
So, I decided to branch out on my own and start Impact, which has now grown to include many like-minded professionals who share my goals, values and drive to improve the way the recruitment industry runs.
I strive to use my platform as CEO of Impact to continue to help establish long term relationships with humans at work and make a positive impact to the success of both businesses and the lives of individuals.
Outside of work, I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle by training at the gym, spending time outdoors, target shooting and riding my quad.
