Server and Packer

About the Role We are currently recruiting Food Process Workers to join our client’s fast‑paced ready‑made meal production facility in Botany. You will be employed by Impact HR Group and placed on assignment with our client, helping portion, prepare, and pack meals that are delivered to customers nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, consistency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities Meal Portioning (Server Duties)

Portion pre-cooked food into containers according to weight and quality requirements Seal and store completed meals in refrigeration Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards

Meal Packing (Packer Duties)

Pack sealed meals into boxes for dispatch Work within fridge/freezer areas (thermal PPE supplied) Follow packing lists accurately to ensure correct orders Maintain a clean and organised workspace

What We’re Looking For

Experience in food manufacturing, packing, or kitchens is beneficial but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Reliable, punctual, and consistent Comfortable working in cold environments (PPE provided) Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Shifts & Pay

Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm Afternoon Shift: 4:00pm – 12:00am Monday to Friday $30.35 per hour (casual rate) Weekly pay
