About the role We’re on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant Newcastle team. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, being that trusted go-to expert for everything recruitment

Source, screen and recruit candidates to fill vacancies

Build a robust network of candidates to match the right talent with the right opportunities

Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients, candidates, and our workforce

The Successful Applicant

Has had previous experience working in a blue-collar labour hire role

Thrives on building relationships

Is driven and ambitious

Is an exceptional communicator

Is super organised with high level admin skills
