About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Storeperson to join our growing team in Chipping Norton. This role is responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching goods in line with delivery schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and label products accurately for dispatch.
• Load and unload trucks and couriers.
• Arrange and record transport logistics.
• Perform accurate cycle counts and manage inventory storage.
• Ensure all inwards/outwards goods are documented and signed off.
• Provide backup support for raw materials and inter-warehouse stock transfers.

Skills & Experience:

• Forklift licence (essential).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse systems.
