About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller / Store person to join a dynamic warehouse team. This role combines inventory control responsibilities with hands-on store person duties, ensuring stock accuracy and smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances.Perform RF scanning, order picking, receiving, and dispatch tasks.Organise stock for safe and efficient storage while maintaining WHS compliance.Operate ERP/WMS systems and material-handling equipment (forklift licence advantageous).

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for stock accuracy.Competent in RF scanning and inventory systems.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Good understanding of WHS practices.
