HC Truck Driver – Swimming Pool Deliveries Ideally based around Bendigo Early starts | $45+ per hour | Modern fleet | Consistent work We’re looking for a reliable HC Truck Driver to join a growing team delivering fibreglass swimming pools to residential and commercial sites across Victoria and interstate. This is a role for drivers who enjoy being on the road, starting early and finishing early with autonomy.

The Role • Deliver pre-manufactured swimming pools to customers and building sites • Operate truck-mounted cranes (HIAB style) to assist with deliveries • Daily start around 6:00am, typically finishing around 2:00pm depending on the run • Up to 900km per day depending on delivery locations • Full-time hours – 5 days per week Some deliveries require overnight travel, so you must be comfortable being away from home 1–2 nights per week when required.

Pay & Benefits • $45+ per hour depending on experience • Additional kilometre rates on some deliveries • Overnight allowances paid when staying away • Plenty of consistent work available • Start as a casual with the view to transition to permanent after 6 months

Fleet & Equipment You’ll be driving well-maintained European trucks including: • Scania • Volvo • DAF Trucks are fitted with quality truck-mounted cranes including: • HIAB • Palfinger • Fassi • PM

What We’re Looking For • HC Licence (essential) • C6 / Vehicle Loading Crane (VLC) ticket or willingness to obtain • Experience with HIAB or truck-mounted cranes highly regarded • Strong knowledge of fatigue management and logbook requirements • Comfortable with long-distance driving • Reliable, professional and able to work independently If you’re a competent HC driver with the right attitude, crane operation can be taught.
