About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable Kitchen Hands to join a fast-paced food production environment supporting batching, preparation, and commercial dishwashing.

This is a great opportunity for consistent work with the potential for ongoing or permanent employment.

Shift options:

• Day: 6:15am – 2:21pm
• Afternoon: 2:15pm – 10:21pm
• Night: 10:15pm – 6:21am

 

Key Duties

• Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately
• Portioning and preparing bulk food items (proteins, vegetables, sauces, grains)
• Following batch sheets and production recipes
• Operating industrial dishwashers and cleaning commercial equipment
• Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Working in a fast-paced production environment

 

About You

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kg)
• Comfortable in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in chilled environments (PPE provided)
