About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable Kitchen Hands to join a fast-paced food production environment supporting batching, preparation, and commercial dishwashing.

This is a great opportunity for consistent work with the potential for ongoing or permanent employment.

Shift options:

Day: 6:15am – 2:21pm
Afternoon: 2:15pm – 10:21pm
Night: 10:15pm – 6:21am

 

Key Duties

Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately
Portioning and preparing bulk food items (proteins, vegetables, sauces, grains)
Following batch sheets and production recipes
Operating industrial dishwashers and cleaning commercial equipment
Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Working in a fast-paced production environment

 

About You

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kg)
Comfortable in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
Comfortable working in chilled environments (PPE provided)
