We are seeking an experienced Dogman (1–2 years’ experience) for ongoing work at our Tomago facility. This hands-on role involves precision lifting of fibreglass pools, assisting with yard operations, and general labouring tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities • Dogging and lifting fibreglass pool shells and components • Assisting with loading/unloading pools and yard movements • Following all site safety procedures and lifting protocols • Working collaboratively to meet production and installation schedules • General labouring and yard support as required

About You You’re a skilled operator who values safety and precision. You understand the care required when handling fibreglass pools and are happy to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.

Requirements • White Card (OHS Construction Induction) • Dogman Ticket • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen • Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
