About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and energetic Customer Service team. You will be the key contact for managing customer orders, preparing quotes, and coordinating deliveries, while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders and generate quotes
• Liaise with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
• Interpret architectural drawings, shop floor plans, and BOQs for quoting
• Maintain and grow customer accounts through proactive service
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety protocols
• Meet team targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Candidate

• Previous experience in customer service or sales support, ideally in manufacturing or construction
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and quoting
• Ability to interpret technical drawings (preferred but not essential)
• Confident communicator with a proactive and positive attitude
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Committed to safe work practices and delivering high-quality service
