About the Role
In this role, you will: • Manage customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support. • Process orders accurately and ensure they flow seamlessly from entry to dispatch. • Coordinate logistics tasks, including carrier communication, transport follow-ups, and consignment creation. • Support warehouse and operations teams with accurate information and updates. • Handle invoicing queries and maintain data integrity for smooth billing processes.
What We’re Looking For • Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach. • Excellent communication skills (phone and email). • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience in logistics coordination or similar roles is highly desirable. • High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
