About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and energetic Customer Service team. You will be the key contact for managing customer orders, preparing quotes, and coordinating deliveries, while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process customer orders and generate quotesLiaise with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveriesInterpret architectural drawings, shop floor plans, and BOQs for quotingMaintain and grow customer accounts through proactive serviceCommunicate professionally via phone, email, and digital platformsEnsure compliance with company procedures and safety protocolsMeet team targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Candidate

Previous experience in customer service or sales support, ideally in manufacturing or constructionStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and quotingAbility to interpret technical drawings (preferred but not essential)Confident communicator with a proactive and positive attitudeAble to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamCommitted to safe work practices and delivering high-quality service
