About the Role We are seeking an experienced Pump Specialist to become the go-to expert for water pump products. This role involves managing technical support, providing product training, and assisting with sales initiatives to grow the pump category. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver solutions that meet market needs. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise on water pumps to internal teams, dealers, and end users Assist with product selection, troubleshooting, and after-sales support Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for customers and staff Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive category growth Maintain accurate product data and compliance documentation

Skills & Experience

Water pump experience is essential Strong technical knowledge of pump systems and applications Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
