About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Customer Service – Mechanical Specialist to provide expert advice and solutions to customers. You’ll manage technical enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support a wide range of applications involving pumps, generators, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver prompt and accurate technical support to customers.Troubleshoot breakdowns and warranty issues effectively.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service.Provide tailored solutions using your technical expertise.

Ideal Background

Experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, or as a mechanic with knowledge of motors and engines.Familiarity with controls, electrical components, and mechanical systems.Previous exposure to pumps, generators, or similar technical products.Experience within the plumbing sector is highly desirable.Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
