About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Accounts / Administration Officer to join the team. This role is a balanced mix of administration and accounts receivable responsibilities, providing support to both customers and the finance team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administration / Customer Service (50%)
• Answer incoming telephone calls and assist clients
• Meet and greet clients and visitors
• Enter and process sales orders via EDI, B2B, and email
• Provide order status updates, lead times, and general customer support
• Book delivery time slots with the warehouse/distribution centre
• Follow up on delivery queries and PODs with transport companies
• General office duties including photocopying, mailing, faxing, and filing
• Accounts Receivable (50%)
• Invoice customers accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist with reconciliation and reporting as required

• Experience in Accounts Receivable
