About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist customers, maintain stock, and ensure the store runs smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with product selection and adviceProcess sales transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain store presentation and ensure shelves are stockedHandle phone and in-store inquiriesSupport the team with general store duties

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail or customer service experience (hardware or trade knowledge is a bonus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team and take initiativeReliable and punctual with a positive attitudeBasic computer skills for point-of-sale systems
