Inventory and Packing Assistant

Their insulated roof and wall panels are known for being modern, versatile, and practical—backed by a full range of accessories to bring any project to life, whether it’s for a homeowner, builder, or architect.

To support continued growth, they’re currently seeking a detail-focused Inventory & Packing Assistant to join their Casula-based operations.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll support the daily kitting and packing operations by preparing components, managing stock levels, and helping to ensure an efficient, safe, and clean working environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively will be key in helping the team meet production and dispatch targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare kits and accessories for dispatch based on job specs and schedules.
• Liaise with the purchasing team to monitor and replenish component stock levels.
• Cut down and process materials to required sizes using saws and other tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in line with WHS standards.
• Support quality control by identifying defective or incorrect components.
• Assist with forklift operations as required (must be licensed).
• Collaborate with other departments to improve packing and purchasing strategies.

About You

• Previous Inventory Experience (Made to Order Production Advantageous)
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication in both verbal and written English.
• Flexible to work extra hours during busy periods.
• A team player who takes pride in keeping a clean and efficient workspace.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Valid LF Ticket
• Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or valid visa).
