Hours: 8.30am to 5pm

About the Role

As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices in Medius and ensure GST coding accuracyMatch invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepanciesVerify and process employee expense claimsPerform company credit card reconciliations and support month-end processesMonitor aged payables and receivables, follow up with customers on paymentsPrepare reports in line with HQ timelines

What We’re Looking For

Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP/AR processesStrong data entry skills with high attention to detailAbility to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationshipsIntermediate Excel and accounting software skills
